The Shawn Hornbeck Search and Rescue Team has been collecting resource material from various sources and have compiled an extensive collection of forms and templates available for download for FREE for any Search and Rescue organization. Many of the forms have been collected from other teams websites, which we greatly appreciate, as it has allowed us to put together one of the most extensive ICS forms list anywhere! There are currently 103 different ISC related forms available for download.
We welcome any ideas or suggestions for other templates that you may be looking for. Clear Map Overlays A variety of 1:24,000 scale map distance rings that can be printed on clear transparency sheets for estimating the probability zones for differnt type of missing persons. The ring overlays were created by the Shawn Hornbeck Search and Rescue Team as we were not able to find any other versions of these anywere! *This data was collected from the NASAR Managing the Lost Person Incident book.
